Took the GSX with me to my Disney/Orlando trip last weekend. Total 500 mile round trip, and thankfully made it to and from with no mechanical issues.
Was a hot trip. Which was great to test out the cooling capabilities compared to it's previous setup. I have however, ran into results that weren't too thrilling as temps started climbing up a bit. When city driving, or maintaining low cruising speeds the temps are fine. However, when cruising around 75-80mph at roughly 3,500ish RPM on a 90F+ day it gets pretty warm with the A/C on.
I didn't test to see how high it would exactly go with the A/C on, but 217ish is more then enough to tell me something isn't right. So again, still facing a slight issue with over-heating with A/C. That being said however, it is not as bad as it was before. Just need to think of a ducting system to get air into the radiator. Or ditch the FMIC for a SMIC.
